Francis is passionate by approaches from the family of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrates different approaches in professional practice; classic CBT, schema therapy, motivational interviewing, functional analysis therapy (FAP) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), all within a framework resolutely guided by the principles of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
After completing his doctorate in clinical psychology in the fall of 2014, he worked for several private clinics in Quebec before opening his own office Psychologie Deploiement late 2015.
We can imagine him as a grandfather saying to his grandchildren who are leaving to travel : ” Do not forget to have fun okay ! “
