This new workshop, hosted by Marilyne Beauchemin, sexologist, and Jean-Marc Perreault, psychologist, will allow you to discover how to combine the ACT matrix and focalisation of behavior throughout the sessions. You will discover how this combination allows the couples, even the more stuck, to find a common language more empathic and to practice a new way of communicating and reconnecting.

According to John Gottman researches, 69% of conflicts between couples are insoluble. The acceptation is the best way to allow couples to live a more profound, satisfying relationship that allow both partners to live in line with their values. For therapists, couple counselling often means to witness intense conflicts of their clients. Problematic behaviors are in spades in the way that couples interact in front of you.

Like all of our workshops, this day favor abilities practice directly applicable and you will leave with new efficient strategies skills. Guarantee.
