Description

Depressed clients are often stuck in a tangle of defeatist thought and rigid judgement on themselves. For therapists, it can be hard to interact with them and to find a way to change their inadequate thoughts. The depression is progressing and, according to WHO, will soon be the most expensive of illness. And if depression wasn’t so much an illness as much as a contextual answer determine by the way we interact with our inside experience, our thoughts, our emotions and the type of action that we engage in response.

Prerequisites : It is recommended to have attended a workshop on the six steps or to have read The Essential Guide to the ACT Matrix (The French translation, due in 2017). At least, you will have read and practice the six steps on the EBook.
